The only reason this isn't 1 star: Delivered when they said they would, and I got a delivery notification. However, they threw my package into a hedge instead of bringing it in to reception (gate was wide open, organisation name was on the package) and I had to go around the edge of the property (3 building complex) looking for where it could have been left to find the hedge it was sitting on top of, after I checked both reception desks to confirm the package wasn't delivered to reception. The item inside the package cost 300 USD, it wasn't just some temu junk. I don't consider this "leaving it in a safe location." Luckily I found it rapidly and it wasn't raining. I filed a complaint about my package being thrown in a bush and got a form letter back apologizing and saying it would "be taken into consideration for future" or something like that and the complaint automatically closed.
