Absolutely horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Apparently, a delivery attempt was made on SATURDAY NIGHT, and I heard nothing about redelivery. So I've been calling them every week to ask for an update. My luck is so bad that I've been getting the same customer service person who did not do anything for me except gave me words of affirmation. Finally, I found another person on call who kept me updated via email and updated my parcel as lost. 4 weeks gone. I would not doubt it if the parcel was stolen.
This company is criminal. How they haven’t been investigated is beyond me. Bought my item from uk. Made it to Australia. Was cleared by customs. This was all in a matter of days. Dai has had it now for over a week and actually cannot locate my parcel. What is also extremely concerning is after the parcel was cleared by customs, I received an email asking for personal information for my parcel to be cleared by customs. There’s something extremely dodgy going on with Dai post. No one has bothered to reply to my 5 emails asking for an update. This company is criminal and needs to be shut down
I received two parcels from the service. The first one was left outside the front gate without any attempt to use the intercom. Anticipating the second delivery, I reached out to customer support. The representative was excellent and very helpful. She arranged for the delivery driver to ring the bell upon arrival, and everything went smoothly.
Completely dissatisfied. The parcel reached Sydney on December 12th. I received two confirmations stating 'in transit, parcel is on its way to you.' However, by December 19th, I called the support team, only to find out the parcel hadn't even left their warehouse. It wasn't delivered by Christmas despite having two weeks to do so after receiving the parcel. Additionally, their tracking claimed it was on its way when it clearly wasn't.
Extremely disappointing experience. The service only has one location in the city, and their incompetence is evident as they failed to deliver my items despite me being home all day. They didn’t ring the doorbell, call, or leave a notification. After several attempts to reach the support team, they suggested I drive an hour to collect my parcel from the depot. The support team seems completely unaware of my parcel's whereabouts. This courier service is truly unacceptable; they have one main responsibility!
I wish I could share my positive experience with my order, but it never arrived. It's been three weeks now, but I'm sure it's just taking its time. I received an email stating that my address was missing from their records. I quickly responded with my full address and was assured it would be addressed. The customer service was less than helpful. Each time I contacted them, I got the same generic responses that didn't address any of my concerns. It's quite remarkable how they managed to say so much without providing any useful information. After calling five times, I was consistently told they were 'waiting on handover'. At this point, I was uncertain if my package even existed, but I do appreciate their ability to avoid giving any helpful updates. It was only when I reached out to the local warehouse directly that my package was finally delivered. It turns out they hadn’t even provided the address to them, despite my prompt response three weeks ago. If you enjoy delays, vague answers, and uncertainty, this is definitely the courier service for you.
I received outstanding assistance with sending my Christmas parcel from the UK to family in Auckland, as there was a mix-up with the address during shipping. The representative ensured the address was corrected, and my parcel reached my brother and nephew in time! I truly appreciate the friendly support and communication throughout the process :)
I urge you to stay away from this delivery service. My experience was extremely disappointing. The driver arrived at my location but made no attempt to deliver the package. There was no knock or effort to hand it over – it was simply marked as an attempted delivery and left. If I’m paying for delivery, I expect it to be carried out properly. This is utterly unacceptable. I won't rely on this service again unless their drivers improve their basic delivery skills.
Jenny was instrumental in ensuring my holiday package reached my family in Auckland after an address mix-up during transit. She promptly arranged for the correction, and the parcel arrived just in time for my brother and nephew! I truly appreciate the friendly support and timely emails.

There was no knock or attempt to hand it over – just marked it as an attempted delivery and left. If I’m paying for delivery, I expect it to be executed properly. Very frustrating and utterly unacceptable. I will not trust this service again unless their drivers improve their basic delivery skills.
