Otawa, Iowa just off hwy 29. October 12th., 2:30pm. Sent my wive into place an order at the counter, while I walked my dogs. She came out frustrated as she tried to order at the counter but 3 young individuals with DQ shirts on were too busy fooling around than they were worried about taking her order. I calmed her down enough to talk her into trying the drive through. After waiting 2 minutes at the drive-up speaker before anyone even acknowledged us, we placed our order. About $21. We then proceeded to the window but the car ahead of us, that was sitting for quite some time, took so long we decided that the food wasn't worth waiting for. We proceeded to drive another hour and 20 minutes to eat at home.
