This company is a SCAM. Their returns and refunds policy is misleading. They appear to be American but are actually based overseas. The boots I wanted vanished online in my size and were replaced by a different shoe. I thought it was a glitch, but it wasn't. I ended up with unwanted boots and am exhausted from the email exchanges. Their customer service is inadequate. Don't expect any senior support; they don't exist. They have offered me laughable refunds of $10, $5, and finally $3. It makes no sense! I've lost my money, but I want to warn others to avoid this company.
