CAUTION: Extremely disappointing experience. They promote free returns but wanted me to cover expensive shipping costs to an overseas location. They wouldn't provide a return address until they offered discounts of $3, then $5, and finally $8, while still expecting me to pay for shipping. I reached out to the payment service and my credit card provider to file a dispute!

I would rate zero if possible. The company is based overseas. The shoes are NOT made in America. They arrived too small to wear. I tried to return them, but shipping back $75 shoes costs over $100 to send back overseas. Customer service is difficult to deal with. I wouldn't recommend this company or its products to anyone. Good luck if you buy from them.
This company is a SCAM. Their returns and refunds policy is misleading. They appear to be American but are actually based overseas. This company is a SCAM!! I was interested in a specific motorcycle boot, but when selecting the size, it changed to a different shoe. I thought it was just a loading issue and proceeded, but it didn't work out. They show no interest in addressing the problem or assisting with returns. I directly asked if they manufacture the boot I want in the correct size, but they haven't answered. I support genuine manufacturers, but these SCAMMERS need to be exposed.
We ordered size 11 Wide and received size 11 regular. I requested an exchange for the correct size and was told I had to pay to return the incorrect size. They promised a refund for the boots but not for shipping. They also claim the boots are made and shipped from the USA, but they actually came from overseas, and I have to return them there.
What a complete disappointment!! False advertising!! I ordered size 13 boots which didn't fit! They offered me a $5 refund on a pair that cost £45 and said I could send them back to overseas!! Their website claims easy refunds, which is a joke! Stay far away!
