They don’t understand real estate and the market in Dubai. I’ve had 3 meetings with them, they refused to put down the price about 8 months ago. I told them that the market will crash in 6 months by around 30% and they INSISTED that it won’t happen several times and talked to me like I have no idea what I’m talking about. Well I wouldn’t choose this company ever, stay away. I think Dubai properties will dump with at least 70% now, after the 50% drop we have already seen that I did warn them about. Worst market and the properties include potential bomb rain from Iran. No ty… you should listen to your clients better and stop talk so much. Dubai id a warzone and i’d never invest there. Typical middle east.
