I have 4 BHK villas in Damac hills Camelia supposed to get the handover in June 2025 and still waiting for the updates, each customer care staff keep updating different comments
Completely disappointed with handover
I purchased an off-plan property last year and was promised two complimentary visas, which were later revoked without any notification. When I reached out to the client relationship team for clarification, they ignored my calls and emails. After raising a service request and following up multiple times, I was told it was a management decision. As a foreign investor, I had to visit the office, but they showed no willingness to address the issue or provide a proper explanation for the revocation. The lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating.
The representative efficiently handled the key handover process. They promptly contacted the staff on-site to ensure the unit was thoroughly deep cleaned and all items were checked. Very supportive, professional, and patient. Overall, an excellent experience.
