I preordered an item in early September, expecting it to ship in November, but it didn't ship on time, and I had to chase updates on social media. I was told it would ship soon, but that didn't happen. Eventually, it was 'loaded onto the shipping container,' but then I saw an email stating the item was back in stock for immediate dispatch. This means my money was tied up for over two months unnecessarily. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and service.
