Evri mucked up the delivery of my item 3 times so my parcel was sent back to Damson Madder. I was really disappointed because I had waited so long for it to come back into stock. I contacted Damson Madder to explain and they couldn't have been more helpful - they immediately reordered the coat for me and sent it on next day delivery for me. Exceptional service!

I only discovered this by checking the website. After receiving an email that my item had shipped, it has been stuck in 'label created' status on FedEx. I've reached out to customer service three times with no response, and I had to contact my bank for a refund due to the lack of communication and support.

For a brand that charges premium prices, the service has been careless and unprofessional. I advise customers to consider other brands that value their customers.
