Made my first Damson Madder purchase last week. Order was shipped out March 12 with no tracking details (international delivery). Emailed customer service March 17, but no reply until now March 20th despite them claiming they reply to all emails within 24 hours. The window for international delivery (4-8 days) has already passed so not sure where my order is. No contact number displayed on the site so no other way for me to contact them for a resolution. Disappointing.
