I was a passenger on flight DN542 (28.08.2025) from Damascus to Bucharest, which was delayed by nearly 17 hours. There is no functional customer support, no follow-up, and passengers are left without assistance or reimbursement, despite EU Regulation 261/2004. I am still waiting for: • Acknowledgment of my claim • Refund and compensation • A simple confirmation that my case is being processed. This level of service is unacceptable for an airline operating in the EU.
