The Worst Airline Experience!

The worst airline experience! They fail to send the boarding pass via email after check-in, and then charge you for check-in at the desk, claiming it wasn’t completed even when a seat is allocated. This is utterly ridiculous. AVOID this airline to prevent ruining your trip and your wallet. They also limit feedback opportunities.

Very Disappointed

They allow you to purchase a ticket and then change it to a different date, offering a cheaper flight but not refunding the difference. This has happened to me twice already. I definitely do not recommend this airline.

A Warning for Travelers to Syria

I recognize that flight options to and from Syria are quite limited right now. However, I strongly discourage booking with this airline. I faced a 16-hour delay leaving from Damascus Airport, and despite over three months of follow-up, I still have not received any compensation. The airline constantly provides misleading information about reimbursement timelines. If possible, it might be better to pay a little extra for a reputable airline or wait for better options.

Unreliable Flight Schedules

I was a passenger on flight DN542 (28.08.2025) from Damascus to Bucharest, which was delayed by nearly 17 hours. There is no functional customer support, no follow-up, and passengers are left without assistance or reimbursement, despite EU Regulation 261/2004. I am still waiting for: • Acknowledgment of my claim • Refund and compensation • A simple confirmation that my case is being processed. This level of service is unacceptable for an airline operating in the EU.

WARNING: Potential Scam

WARNING: Potential scam. They charged 20 EURO for check-in at the airport! The online check-in was faulty and kept asking for visa details. At the airport, the check-in agent claimed my ticket didn’t include check-in. It was a ridiculous situation! How can this be legal? It felt like being charged to use a checkout at a store!

Avoid This Airline!

I purchased a ticket in February for a flight at the end of August, which was canceled on July 8th. Now the refund takes between 7 and 30 days to process, and I have to hope to find a suitable flight quickly. I will never book with them again!
