I booked ticket and then cancelled by Dan Air just 2–3 days later. According to EU Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, in the event of a flight cancellation, the airline is required to refund the passenger within 7 days if the passenger chooses not to be rebooked. This refund should cover the full cost of the ticket at the price it was paid.I completed the refund form as they asked on the cancellation email. More than 12 days passed and still waiting for a response. This company is a total scam.
