I've been fighting for compensation for nearly a year! This company delayed our return flight for 7 hours and at 11pm at night (in Romania) decided to the cancel our flight!!!! We were left stranded, no hotel, no offer to get us on the next flight, no food or drink vouchers!! The next flight was 3 days later!!! We were forced to buy tickets on the next available flight from another airline at another airport (3 hours away) and travel through the night to get home and spent 1000£ doing this. We were visiting friends, do not speak romanian and you can imagine how scared my family was!!Yes they refunded our original flight (after another fight) and asked that we fill out a compensation form. They do not want to know, refuse to answer anything the customer service team say they will pass on and you hear nothing!!!! THEY do not want to pay out!!! Now going to court to claim money back!!!! I've reported to action fraud and the police as well as trading standards!!!Do not book this airline, they are cancelling flights all the time!!!!! And ull have a fight to get a refund or compensation!!
