One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had – avoid Dan AirI booked a flight with Dan Air two weeks ago, received a payment confirmation and an order number, yet still haven’t received my PNR to access or manage my booking. This is unacceptable for any airline, especially when time-sensitive travel plans are involved.To make matters worse, none of the customer service numbers listed for the UK or Romania work. I tried calling repeatedly and couldn’t reach a single human being. No response via email, and no real way to speak to anyone. It is completely unacceptable for an airline to provide no reliable method of contact, especially when they’ve already taken your money.The level of disorganisation and lack of support is truly appalling. I’ve wasted time, energy, and patience — and I still don’t know if my booking is even valid. This feels like a complete scam.Avoid Dan Air at all costs unless you’re prepared to deal with silence, confusion, and frustration.
