Edited: after writing my initial (and quite hash review) I have received my order, and thus I've upgraded my rating. Also adding some more information.I have ordered a shirt back in November, however I made a mistake in the address and the shirt got sent back to the sender. They say on the page that if this happens you will receive an e-mail that the shop has received the returned package, however I never got that e-mail. When I found out that my package went undelivered, I wrote to the Customer service. Customer service hasn't replied to any of my (3) e-mails. Only after complaining here I got an e-mail with request for further information and the issue had been resolved. I have received the shirt today (20th of Jan). I was even refunded the shipping, which was an extremely nice gesture as I have made a mistake in the first place. But sorry I'll change the title only a little as I still kind of think the customer service is a bit of a mythical being 😅
