This is my first time ordering from the service, and I’m really happy with my purchase. I received a calendar that arrived quite quickly. Although some tracking information was a bit unclear, I did get updates, and it came in perfect condition. It’s a stunning calendar, and I love it! 💚💜🧚♂️ I’m sorry to hear that others have faced issues with their orders; I hope everyone can sort it out! In my limited experience, and from what I’ve heard from others recently, the service seems reasonable and helpful in addressing concerns. It’s surprising to see so many people reporting customer service problems. I wonder if the team is managing everything personally or if others are handling customer inquiries, which might contribute to the issues. I honestly don’t know how it all works, but it seems there are likely more people and manufacturers involved than just the main team. From what I've observed, experiences can vary greatly depending on location (I'm in the US, by the way). I truly hope they become more involved in the process and find better manufacturers for different areas if needed. Best of luck to everyone, and I hope all issues get resolved soon! I haven't received any updates on my order for a month. They informed me shipping was halted due to a missing post code, which I had already sent. After resending the post code, I still received no communication. I've tried reaching customer support multiple times, but there has been no response.
It's been a month with no updates on my order. They initially claimed they couldn't ship it due to a missing post code, which I had already provided. After giving them the post code again, there was still silence. I've contacted customer support several times, yet have received no reply.
I was really looking forward to the new calendar and preordered it on the first day, November 27th. Everything seemed fine until December arrived. I was told shipping would happen on the 15th, but that didn’t occur. On the 18th, I saw an update that the calendars were stuck at customs, which can happen. I emailed for an update on December 23rd and was told they would ship that week. When the week ended without any news, I followed up on December 29th and received a quick response saying they would ship that day. However, as of the morning of December 31st, I still have no update. I find it frustrating when deadlines are promised that can’t be met. I understand this is a busy time, but better communication would be appreciated.
