Although some tracking information was a bit unclear, I did get updates, and it came in perfect condition. It’s surprising to see so many people reporting customer service problems. I wonder if the team is managing everything personally or if others are handling customer inquiries, which might contribute to the issues. I honestly don’t know how it all works, but it seems there are likely more people and manufacturers involved than just the main team. From what I've observed, experiences can vary greatly depending on location (I'm in the US, by the way).
