I ordered three pairs of shoes for a special occasion. The order took four weeks to arrive. My partner measured her feet carefully, following the website's guidelines, but when the shoes arrived, one pair was too wide and another was too long. I reached out to the company to start a return and was instructed to take multiple photos to prove the shoes were unworn. After submitting the photos, I received a return authorization number along with very strict instructions for returning them. The email made it clear that failing to follow any step would result in no refund. I also had to cover return shipping myself. Fortunately, the return address was domestic. I shipped the shoes and received confirmation of delivery the next day. After providing tracking details, I received an email claiming they had only received one pair, despite the proof showing both pairs were sent. At this point, it’s evident this seller is not trustworthy. Beware of this company, as they seem to drop ship low-quality products and complicate the return process. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
