I am very satisfied. These shoes support me in a major personal project. I was in a wheelchair, and through dance training I am relearning perfect coordination. I can now dance better in these shoes than I can walk in sports shoes.

The photos and description of the shoes indicated 'purple,' but I received bright pink. The company dismissed my concerns as 'just the lighting,' which is clearly misleading. The sparkles are poorly attached and wrap around the top of the shoe, making it painful to even try them on. They do not adhere to their return policy regarding defective items. I was told to return them for a full refund but would receive a voucher code for return shipping. Since I won’t be purchasing anything else from them, that’s useless. I have no way of knowing the return shipping cost without contacting the post office. It could be $20, and then what, they give me a $7 voucher I won’t use? I would steer clear of this place. Their shoes are inexpensive for a reason and take a long time to ship from overseas. I’m glad I used secure payment options because I doubt I’ll see a refund.

My partner measured her feet carefully, following the website's guidelines, but when the shoes arrived, one pair was too wide and another was too long. I reached out to the company to start a return and was instructed to take multiple photos to prove the shoes were unworn. After submitting the photos, I received a return authorization number along with very strict instructions for returning them. The email made it clear that failing to follow any step would result in no refund. I also had to cover return shipping myself. Fortunately, the return address was domestic. I shipped the shoes and received confirmation of delivery the next day. After providing tracking details, I received an email claiming they had only received one pair, despite the proof showing both pairs were sent. At this point, it’s evident this seller is not trustworthy. Beware of this company, as they seem to drop ship low-quality products and complicate the return process. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

When you contact them, providing clear photos of the damaged items, they claim they have no control over the situation. When requesting returns, they direct you to a questionable shipping site where you must agree not to hold them accountable. Then, I faced credit card fraud with unauthorized small purchases.
I ordered genuine leather dancing shoes, but instead received faux leather shoes, with synthetic soles and lining as well. The size was correct. I wanted to return them, but there was no return label service because they claim to care for the environment. It would have been too costly to return, so I opted to keep the shoes for a partial refund. I paid 60% of the price and the original shipping fee, and now I’m unsure what to do with the unsuitable shoes. This process involved numerous emails, but I must admit their responses were prompt. I don’t think I will order from this online shop again.

The return process is burdensome, requiring multiple emails to clarify the return, which is at the customer's expense. I followed the sizing guidelines, yet the one dress I kept is rather snug and uncomfortable. I will not be placing another order.
