The dresses and shoes feel and look very inexpensive, reminiscent of low-quality products. The return process is burdensome, requiring multiple emails to clarify the return, which is at the customer's expense. I followed the sizing guidelines, yet the one dress I kept is rather snug and uncomfortable. I will not be placing another order.
