I really wish I had checked reviews before making my purchase! I needed to return some dance shoes because they were too small, but the courier has failed to deliver the return, despite using the address given by the company. When I contacted the support team, I was told by a representative that this is a matter to resolve with the courier, not the company. I find this response unreasonable since I followed the provided return instructions, and the package is currently stuck at the depot.

The parcel is currently stuck at the depot.
UPDATE... I FINALLY RECEIVED MY REFUND. I returned my order of white split sole jazz shoes on Thursday, November 20th via the postal service. As I hadn’t received my refund, I checked the tracking, which shows my parcel was held at the depot on November 22nd and appears to still be there. Can someone please provide an update on when I will receive my refund? I've emailed and filled out a form on your site but have yet to hear back.
After posting my review, the online representative suggested I email the support team for assistance. I did this, but they haven't even sent an automated response. I feel completely ignored. My daughter's costumes are unwearable, and with a competition in a week, I'm £300 out of pocket needing to buy from a reliable source. AVOID THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY!
I should have checked reviews before ordering! The sizes were incorrect, and after returning them, I tracked the parcels and confirmed they were received by the company. I emailed over a week ago to inquire about the status but haven’t received a response. I’ve followed up multiple times and will not order again.
The initial delivery was quick, but I had to return the shoes because they didn’t fit. The tracking indicates they were delivered back on September 19th, and the company claims they process returns within 14 days, yet I have received no communication from them. My follow-up email has gone unanswered, not even an automated acknowledgment.
I had a fantastic experience. I was hesitant about ordering tap shoes online due to sizing variations. I wanted the leather Bloch Sync Tap, and this seller had the best price. After researching Bloch's sizing, I ordered half a size up, and they arrived quickly and fit perfectly. They produce an amazing sound, and as an experienced tap dancer, I truly appreciate a good shoe. Thank you so much!
