I bought a pair, went by the new size guide and got the pair I within my measurement and weight. Tried the first day the top rolled over, the strap did not hel. Contacted customer service they told me to keep that pair had me pay for a size up and the new I put in on and it immediately rolled up. I contacted them again they will not return my emails. I keep trying and nothing. Very disappointed. They want me to pay to return then them to begin with. Their return policy is not what it says. Their customer service,RUDE. I would not recommend
Griqos.co is a web specializing in leg wraps for knee support. The product works but the company uses sleazy advertising and selling tactics which cost you money you did not intend to spend. When checking out they use a process which is very confusing and should you not carefully read and react to the order process they will sell you product you do not want. If you attempt to cancel the product you did not order they will say it is too late to cancel even if your attempt was 10 minutes after you clicked order. Should you decide to return the product they will tell you it must be sent to China and shipping will be $25-$30 in extra cost a clear way to avoid you returning the product. The product seems to work but like so many internet companies, money first and your satisfaction last....
Sent me the wrong size and color of the knee braces I ordered! Contacted the company and they asked if I wanted to return them for the right braces or for a full refund. I sent them back for a refund because of how cheap they're made and they were the wrong color and wrong size. They won't give me my refund back. They are dishonest and uncooperative. So, I'm out for the original price and the cost it cost me to return them. Do not buy from this company, Griqos. They sell a cheap product and do not honor their refund policy! You've been warned, stay away from this company and their cheap products.
Haave not received knee brace ordered and though I contacted the company several time, they are now no longer even providing any update.Since there is no current phone number to call, this would be a very unreliable company to purchase any item
