I ordered a pair of Sasha shoes. I’d researched the shoes and discovered you needed to order a size up, I ordered a uk 5 - equlivelent USA 6 (I usually take a 4) with First position. Just as I placed the order I realised the shoe description was 5 (7). I instantly thought that First position had already factored in the size up requirement of Sasha. I then tried to cancel for which there was no option, so I sent an emailing explaining. Cancellation wasn’t possible as the order was processed promptly. Following a conversation with First position, I was sent a free of charge returns label but I would have to wait for the shoes to arrive and reorder. The shoes came and well they fit! MY ADVICE IS ORDER A SIZE UP ON YOUR USUAL SIZE. I feel this should be mentioned on First Positions webpage. The shoes are fantastic and the price from First position was fantastic. Overall I was happy with how the query was dealt with and the purchase.
