The place was not cleaned properly when we arrived. Breadcrumbs and coffee stains on the tables and kitchen, floor not clean, dirty shower, toilet, sink and mirror, spiderweb with dead spider in it. We get assurance from Filippa - Dancenter that they will come and clean. Nothing happens, except several messages that dancenter has contacted the cleaning team. After some days Filippa from Dancenter lies to us and tells us that they came on 22/7 at 1:58 pm and cleaned the place. Unfortunately for Filippa, we were at the house the whole day, and nobody from Dancenter came, not even knocked at the door. The day after she tells us that they have cleaned the place, even though everything looks the same. The second thing is that i prepayed electricity and water consumption. When we were leaving and i should put in the numbers for consumption, there was no other option than to pay. So then i payed for the consumption one more time. To get the prepayed money back i had to present proof that i had payed. So it seems that they have little control over things, both in their administrative system and of the houses that they rent out. I recommend people to stay away from Dancenter. The house and place was really nice, so i think the people who owns it would be better off renting it out themselves.Update 11/8: No, i did not receive any email about this. But i got the prepaid money back.
