This location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The terrace was our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee, and the nearby nature trails were delightful. The house provided everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free holiday.
You kept us well informed with numerous reminder emails about our visit, including essential information about the house and how to access it. One minor issue was that the Wi-Fi login details were incorrect, but my husband figured it out as it was noted on the router. I found it a bit frustrating to receive multiple requests to fill out questionnaires about our stay in such a short time. After long journeys, not everyone checks their email frequently or wants to fill out forms. However, it seems the company is genuinely interested in maximizing customer satisfaction.
The company does not seem to care about their customers and provides misleading information. Many promises were made to resolve the situation, but none were fulfilled. For example, ordering bed sheets that were too small for the mattress was treated as a non-issue and would incur additional costs for replacements. This is not customer-centric at all!
EDIT: After submitting this review, the deposit was returned. I can't say if the review influenced this, but I had to contact them three times and write a negative review before anything was done. I booked a house in early September, and that part went well. However, the issue was with the deposit. According to the company, it should be refunded within 21 days after checkout, which did not happen in my case. Despite three phone calls to support, I was repeatedly promised my refund would arrive by the end of the week, but it never did. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one, which seemed convenient. I cannot recommend this service.
I made a booking through a travel platform over nine months ago. However, only closer to the date did they request a large deposit, which they are unwilling to return, along with undisclosed extra charges. They also pressured us into a large cleaning fee that was almost the cost of the booking. At the holiday home, there was no heating despite cold temperatures at night, which was not disclosed beforehand. The customer support team understands inquiries but fails to follow up effectively via phone or email. Given what I paid, I would have been better off at a hotel with proper heating and customer service.
