The company promised a delivery date that was never realistic considering that they dont have a stock in Sweden. Which was the assumption since they have a Swedish area number and have Swedish staff. When I called and talked about my urgent delivery time they lied and said that it looks verry promising - as long as I put my order directly. They never mentioned it was international freight. And freight company later said that this was not the first case Dancover have given unrealistic delivery time.And the customer service does not want to help or listen at all. In beginning they ignored emails and hope my complaints would go away.And same now - they stop answering emails.In other words - don't ever buy from this company. I have never ever been treated this bad by a company ever.
