Overall quality of the unit is good but It let itself down by poor instructions and a sliding latch and back plate that didn’t fit the unit at all. Also had a bag of S2 plastic inserts that was not mentioned on the instructions at all. Almost everything is secured with self taping screws time will tell if these will hold the roof panels in place. As instructions say don’t try to build it on a windy day as the panels are thin. The end result though is pretty good for a garden storage unit.
7 y ago I ordered a folie green house 3 x 3. after 1 y it was damaged from the storm and after contacting Dancover complete new plastic was send to is for free. And that is now still doing a great job, all year round. Now planning to get a bigger one! Thank you Dancover!

We spent a day putting together the shed we ordered. It’s taken an inordinate amount of time became of some errors in the pieces.Firstly, parts 4L and 4R were incorrect. They both had small sections at the top with a screw hole in each that meant it was impossible to site part 15. We had to bend these out of the way, which turned out to be the way they should have been engineered because this then made the screw holes useable. The second fault was infuriating. The very last stage on the final page was to fit the floor frame crossmember. The piece supplied (W1) did not fit. There are two narrow openings on the frame that should take the ‘tongues’ of W1. Unless W1 is installed at the time of putting the floor frame together, it’s not possible to fit this at all.I have reported these issues to your customer ’service’ system and had the most infuriating non-replies. I was first answered by bot (or by a bot-like human) and then told to send photos of the problem pieces.I sent photos and was then told these had to be before installation. I was also told that the crossmember was shown being fitted first in the documentation - that was an out and out lie and, when called out on it, the customer service person agreed but still made no apology or gave a solution. On top of all of this, and despite managing workarounds to at least get the shed up after two days, we noticed it was leaking.UPDATE: as you can read from the reply from Dancover below, they have no interest in keeping customers happy. The mention of condensation is yet another example of their refusing to take any responsibility. I watched rain dripping in through the roof.
