As a last resort I have had to use Trust pilot and google reviews until someone contacts me regarding our order and lack of delivery. Dancover keep blocking my social media reviews instead of addressing the problem!!! I need to warn others of their terrible delivery service which is totally incompetent and their failure to deliver the products. Furthermore the customer has to forfeit the freight costs if and when you finally manage to get a refund. In our case we have been told it will be 300€. Not good enough, very unprofessional and still unresolved!!! Avoid if you live in Spain!!!
