And yet, this is the situation:-I received a damaged greenhouse-because I couldn’t use it, all my plants are dead-I now am out thousands of KR between lost plants and an expensive greenhouse that arrived brokenI write and write and write, I keep calling customer care to at the very least get a new cover for the greenhouse and yet no one is actually doing anything.This is so frustrating and unfair.They asked me already twice to send pictures, promising they will get back to me, and they never do.Last time I heard from them was the 8th of July. Today is the 18th.If you can take my money and answer reviews on trustpilot, you can also look at the pictures I sent you and realise what happened and send me a new cover.That doesn’t seem so much to ask.Will I ever get a new cover as I should from this company??
