**BE WARNED** We purchased a 4mx4m FlexiTent from Dancover for about £500. On arrival we inspected the tent to find the canopy was severely damage, couldn’t obviously use the tent until a replacement canopy was delivered which took forever to arrive! We only then used the tent twice after this, noticing on each occasion it was extremely stiff trying to erect! Only to discover several of the aluminium support braces were bent. On closer examination it was clear to see that during its manufacture the joints allowing the frame to fold out had been severely over tightened, therefore stopping the supports to expand as intended and resulting in the arms bending! Tried to claim under the so called 2 year warranty but was constantly fobbed off with ‘In our opinion it’s not a warranty claim’, the tent is not fit for its purpose.Honestly stay well clear of this company it is truly a SCAM! Loads of NEGATIVE reviews on here will confirm the above.UPDATE: Dancover your reply to this honest feedback has been met by you yet again blaming the customer for your manufacturing fault! If you had only took a minute to check your records you would have seen that I’ve been operating your tents for the past 8 years so I’m quite experienced in the safe and correct erection of the tents by now and there construction! This again just shows the public how you still endeavour to wiggle out of the two year warranty as already shown. All you had to do was send out the required items as requested under your warranty and you would have retained a loyal returning customer rather than adding to Dancover’s ever growing complaints list which is rapidly expanding by the day!
