I have been having an terrible time dealing with Dancover. I purchased a pergola at the start of the summer which was damaged on arrival. I contacted Dancover right away and they directed me to an online claim portal they have. I completed the details they requested and after several weeks they denied my claim. I don't know why the claim was denied but the damaged part still needs to be replaced. Dancover have since come back to me with a price to replace the part of €100 and a 6 months + lead in time. They couldn't have made the process more difficult, I am left with a product I can't use and I am now unable to source a replacement part as Dancover have wiped their hands of this issue and are not responding to my mails. Terrible service
