The process of ordering and delivery was pretty good and the quality of the product when it arrived was generally also good. The reason for my average score is due to their post sales support. When I was assembling the marquee in preparation for an event, there were some pieces that were not made correctly, in that they were missing holes for the bolts. I drilled the holes myself and finished putting the marquee up. Seems I should have taken pictures as they now insist on pictures for any warranty claim. Perhaps they would accept witness statements from the people who helped me put it up or I could go through all the pieces to send them a picture of ... a hole! The parts are relatively cheap, so I'll just order them myself, which I suspect is their plan. In short if you're lucky enough to have no issues requiring after sales support, all good.
