Do not recommend at all...Their website advertises for how much there's a support for clients, and how easy the tents are to set up. I had a bad experience with both. I called to get recommendations on what to buy, I wanted quality and something that really suited my needs, that's why I called and put the price instead of buying some cheap asian product.The tent I was recommended do not meet my requirements. When contacted, the client service could barely answer my questions.Tried to call to make a reclamation, first woman didn't let me finish and directed me to someone else who was not from the correct service.. and couldn't answer my concerns on the product and help me with how to use it. He directed me to their website for a reklamation. There was no box to tick for my case.. So I wrote another e-mail. Never got an answer.I really don't get why some people recommended me this brand. Awful experience.
