Bought a strong Nova greenhouse from them, but got stuck at the second stage of assembling the greenhouse because what was drawn in the manual doesn't match with reality in terms of where the door/window frame would fit into. The customer care sent me a YouTube video, which is different from the official manual created for the product. The customer care service is either poor or naive as what they could only do is to send a link to make a claim. When asked about what part I should make claim on they went silent. Sent emails, and they stopped responding.
