Failed to deliver, citing issues with their courier who had experienced technical issues - after we contacted them when the goods were late. Sonja advised that the goods had not left Denmark, and would be a further 5 days. We politely advised that they had been purchased for a particular project and that we would have to make (more expensive) alternative arrangements. At this point they advised that the goods could not be refunded as they had left their premises, and suggested we contact their courier to complain. Advised, even though goods had not left Denmark after they were due in the UK, that goods could not be cancelled and that they would cease any further communication. Reported as fraud, and to Trading Standards.On further review, the UK Company Registration Number they have on their website (10148014) is for a company Named Lionsgate Tech Services - Company Status on Companies House: Active Proposal to Strike Off. Trading Standards notified.EDITED: 10th December 2025The goods were still in Denmark after they were due for delivery. Given that we had to find an alternative solution, we asked Sonja to not transport to the UK and return to you. Sonja REFUSED and referred us to Appeals@Dancover. I contacted them on the 27th November, ZERO RESPONSE AND NO DELIVERY. Reported as FRAUD to my credit card company and reported to Trading Standards.Order Reference: 1822430 (£3,041.76)
