Ordered two 1000kg bags of organic topsoil on the Friday Feb 20th 2026 and booked delivery for Friday 27th Feb. Booked a day off work, and waited for the promised email notification of timings. Didn't arrive. Phoned Dandy's at 9am and asked for confirmation of delivery. Was told it was out, and that driver would phone/text with a 2 hour window. Didn't happen. Waited, waited and waited some more. 4pm phoned Dandy's to inquire where the order was and they told me it hadn't been dispatched. Tried to offload responsibility onto the courier, who I'm sure will try to offload responsibility to Dandy's. I bought from Dandy's - it's Dandy's problem. At no point during the day was I informed of anything until I phoned them twice. A day off wasted, time wasted not being able to leave the house while I waited - and they offered to waive the delivery fee - TOTAL JOKE.
