Ordered two 1000kg bags of organic topsoil on the Friday Feb 20th 2026 and booked delivery for Friday 27th Feb. Booked a day off work, and waited for the promised email notification of timings. Didn't arrive. Phoned Dandy's at 9am and asked for confirmation of delivery. Was told it was out, and that driver would phone/text with a 2 hour window. Didn't happen. Waited, waited and waited some more. 4pm phoned Dandy's to inquire where the order was and they told me it hadn't been dispatched. Tried to offload responsibility onto the courier, who I'm sure will try to offload responsibility to Dandy's. I bought from Dandy's - it's Dandy's problem. At no point during the day was I informed of anything until I phoned them twice. A day off wasted, time wasted not being able to leave the house while I waited - and they offered to waive the delivery fee - TOTAL JOKE.
Our scheduled delivery of a pallet load of gravel failed to arrive today. We waited for hours and had arranged assistance to transport the bags from the curb to the backyard, as leaving them on the road was not an option. Now, it's rescheduled for delivery tomorrow morning, forcing us to wait in again and rearrange help to move the bags. I sincerely hope it arrives this time. I won't be in a hurry to place another order with the company.
This is the second tonne bag of rotted manure I've purchased recently. It's an excellent soil conditioner, and buying in bulk is the most effective option for my needs. The online ordering and payment process is straightforward, and a voucher from my previous order made this recent purchase even more valuable. The company kept me updated throughout the delivery process. Fantastic product, excellent service, and great prices.

It's now rescheduled for delivery tomorrow morning, so we have to wait again and reorganize help to move everything. I hope it arrives. I won't be in a rush to reorder from this service.
Nothing is too much for the service. Their friendly driver willingly placed our large bag exactly where we needed it in the back of our garden, even coordinating with some builders to move their vehicles. What a fantastic company.
