Purchased a dining table (order #336196) for £1,100 and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
The table was faulty on initial assembly. Paid over £200 to get it installed (it was 139kg!). Danetti arranged a repair which failed to resolve the issue, and I had to pay a similar amount to have it dismantled and get the new one installed.
However, the replacement table also presented faults on setup. What should have been a simple purchase dragged on from September right through to the end of February.
Throughout this process I was repeatedly told goodwill would be considered, so it was genuinely upsetting to receive what felt like a patronizing and minuscule offer at the end of months of disruption. It simply does not reflect the repeated quality issues or the time and inconvenience caused.
For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality control and a far more proportionate resolution. I have 2 other family members that have had similar issues with products from them - repeated slipped delivery timescales, quality issues, and then no accountability AT ALL from the company.
I would think carefully before ordering higher-value items, or actually anything, from Danetti. I definitely won't ever be ordering from them ever again!
