Delivery company arrived late and decided immediately they could not bring the sofa in our flat, neither through the lift nor the stairs. Instead of helping they spent 20 min on the phone making excuses for not helping out and forcing us to accept delivery on the ground floor. We suggested opening the box and trying the lift, which they refused. So eventually WE had to do everything ourselves. Complained to Danetti but they seemed completely fine with that, basically siding with the delivery company. BTW if you live above floor 3 they will not deliver and you're apparently supposed to guess beforehand. Will never use again.
