I ordered two hoodies on November 7, 2025, and paid extra for expedited shipping within three weeks. The package was supposedly sent via UPS, but they cannot locate it. I’ve emailed the support team daily for updates. They keep stating the package is with UPS, but UPS has no record of it. I requested a refund of over $200, and now I don’t have the gifts I intended for Christmas.
