The quality of this sweatshirt is incredible. There were some issues as this was a new special order, but the company reached out to me several times, offering the choice to cancel for a full refund or to wait for the product and receive a discount. I'm so happy we decided to wait. My daughter adores her sweatshirt!

I’ve been emailing daily with inquiries to the support team. When I ask what the next steps are, I’m told the package is with UPS, yet UPS has no record of it. I requested a refund of over $200, but now I don’t have the Christmas gifts I intended to give.

Most importantly, if you're dissatisfied with your purchase elsewhere, you can get a refund quickly.
