When I contacted customer service, they were rude and refused to accept returns, initially offering only a 15% refund. After several emails, they increased it to 25%, regardless of my acceptance. This is a fraudulent company. I urge everyone to be cautious and avoid this scam. The shoes aren't worth the price; similar ones are available on other platforms for only $12 per pair. Additionally, those platforms offer quick refunds for unsatisfactory products.
