I had an extremely disappointing shopping experience with the company. I saw their advertisement for shoes claiming they were recommended by doctors in Japan on YouTube, so I decided to purchase two pairs. Upon receiving them, I discovered the quality was poor and they were nothing like what was advertised; there were no brands, manufacturers, or labels. They looked like trash. When I reached out to the support team, they were unhelpful and refused to process a return. They initially offered just a 15% refund. After exchanging several emails, they finally increased it to a 25% refund, regardless of whether I accepted it or not. This company is misleading. I want to caution others to avoid falling for this scam. The shoes are not worth the price; on other platforms, similar shoes are available for only $12 per pair. Most importantly, if you're dissatisfied with your purchase elsewhere, you can get a refund quickly.
