I placed an order on November 7th, 2025, for two hoodies and even paid extra for expedited shipping. The package was supposedly sent via UPS, but they cannot locate it. I’ve been emailing daily with inquiries to the support team. When I ask what the next steps are, I’m told the package is with UPS, yet UPS has no record of it. I requested a refund of over $200, but now I don’t have the Christmas gifts I intended to give.
