My experience with Danica has been unacceptable, exhausting, and deeply frustrating.
For nine months, I have done everything immediately and exactly as requested, yet the case has been delayed again and again on Danica’s side. I have been sent to unnecessary doctor visits, repeated tests, and endless information requests — all because of a five‑year‑old misunderstanding that should have been resolved in days, not almost a year.
The communication has been slow, inconsistent, and unprofessional. Every promise of “two weeks” has turned into months. I have been left without answers, without progress, and without any sense of responsibility from the person handling my case.
In short: the process has been chaotic, inefficient, and completely unacceptable. Do not even come close to this pension provider
