However, over three weeks have elapsed without any delivery, tracking update, or credible information regarding the shipment.I have formally requested a refund, which has not been processed, and the company has since ceased all communication, ignoring further emails entirely.This behavior demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for the customer, and constitutes an unacceptable failure to fulfill contractual obligations.Based on this experience, I consider the service to be unreliable and the handling of my order highly concerning.I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
