SCAMMERS!!! This company and I quote from the United States Postal Service uses fraudulent shipping codes. USPS said there are numerous issue with this company for the same thing. I ordered a pair of Golden Goose through Shop.com. All was good and the first few emails back and forth on where the shoes were went fine, however once the shoes allegedly were state side the emails stopped. If you call their AI only phone number you will get no where and they wont let you speak to a person. Leave a message and no one will call you. My emails have not been returned and when I called Shop.com or Shopify they both said to call my bank to stop payment.
I like the previous reviews have not received my Golden Goose shoes. They were very good at emailing me that they were aware and sorry but after a month I still don't have the shoes and they will not respond at all. I have called their AI customer service three times which WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SPEAK TO A PERSON! Still nothing. After doing my own search, they did not pay the proper postage so the shoes will not be delivered.
Fake site, product didn't get delivered, initially responses from the website to my questions seemed believable, however this is clearly just a delaying tactic and the package has not been delivered after more than two months and communication from the website has stopped. Unfortunately it appears that their discounts are too good to be true.

They assured me that its authentic but definitely a FAKE one. Now trying to return it. But really having a hard time getting a response and a return shipping label.instead they sent me A CUSTOM INVOICE. what an absolute joke. To tell you people dont dare try to order from them.. Absolute nightmare and waste of time.
I have been waiting for my golden goose superstars for about a week now and they still haven't preped my order. I knew the price of the shoes was to good to be true and I am going to cancel my order. I deserve my shoes soon or my money back.
These are some kind of scammers who spent money on a good website, but there is nothing good about it anymore. I ordered Golden Goose sneakers from them, they gave me tracking numbers for nothing, they just created a shipping label, but nothing has been sent yet. I don’t recommend buying anything, they are real scammers, I’ll be calling the bank tomorrow to cancel the transaction
