I ordered shoes online, mistakenly forgetting they were shipped from the UK while I reside in Ireland. I paid for delivery and customs. The tracking was fine until 6/12, when they were delivered to the wrong address. I need them for my holiday, but the support team insists it requires investigation. I asked for a refund, but it looks like I won’t get either the shoes or my money back. I'm very disappointed.
