Avoid this untrustworthy company

I strongly advise against buying from this unreliable company. I rejected the boots because I was charged more than what was advertised online, and they expected me to pay an extra $35 delivery fee to DHL. I returned the boots after paying $168, but they deducted $71 from my refund for the return shipping. Now, I'm trying to understand how I ended up being charged twice. I had a gut feeling not to engage with this dubious company.

Frustrating delivery experience

I ordered shoes online, forgetting they were shipped from the UK while I live in Ireland. I paid for delivery and customs. The shipment was tracked without issues until it arrived at the wrong address on 6/12. I need these shoes for my holiday, but the support team keeps stating it needs to be investigated. I requested a refund, but it seems I won't receive either the shoes or my money back. Very disappointed.

Disappointing and slow service

I ordered a bag for a Christmas gift after extensive research and was thrilled to find it on sale. I kept checking for shipping updates but received nothing. Almost a week later, I was informed it was out of stock. It took them too long to notify me, and now I’m struggling to find another bag in time for Christmas. Very disappointed. I won’t shop here again!

Unhelpful customer service

I purchased a pair of boots expecting high quality. Unfortunately, one of the zips broke, and since it was beyond the 6-month warranty, the company wouldn't assist me! A broken zip is a manufacturing defect, not due to wear and tear! With these prices, I anticipated better quality!
